Tomi Lahren is suing Glenn Beck and his site The Blaze for wrongful termination.
Lahren’s lawsuit claims her show on the right-leaning network was canceled after she came out as pro-choice during an appearance on The View. The lawsuit alleges that The Blaze kept paying Lahren even while she was suspended, “presumably hoping they could find an exit strategy to sanitize their unlawful conduct.”
The suit says The Blaze’s response to Lahren’s pro-choice comments was meant to “inflate Beck’s profile, from what has become a mediocre following, all at Lahren’s expense.”
She claims she was ordered to not use social media, and that Blaze employees put yellow caution tape on her dressing room door in the shape of an “X.” Lahren’s contract was reportedly in place through Sept. 30.
