It’s always wonderful to see President Obama in the wild…although it reminds us how much we miss him!
Former President Obama and U2’s Bono had lunch in New York City today, and luckily it was caught on tape.
The ex-commander-in-chief and wife Michelle ate lunch with the U2 frontman at Upland, a restaurant with “California-inspired cuisine.”
Bono has been a vocal critic of President Trump, taking the stage at a U2 concert last October to tell a video screen showing the then-GOP presidential nominee, “You’re fired!”
U2’s guitarist, The Edge, told Rolling Stone in January that the band was delaying the release of its upcoming album as a result of Trump’s election victory because “suddenly the world changed.”
