Kellyanne Conway’s husband, lawyer George Conway, is expected to be nominated to lead the civil division of the Justice Department.

Conway, a graduate of Yale Law School, has spent more than two decades at the corporate firm Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. While there, he’s represented a slew of high-profile clients, from the National Football League to Philip Morris, according to his biography on the firm’s website.

As head of the civil division, Conway would defend the Trump administration in its legal battles, including over the president’s travel ban.

George Conway, who didn’t have a direct role in Donald Trump’s campaign, had been considered for the job of solicitor general, who argues cases before the Supreme Court.

In the 1990s, Conway was on the legal team of Paula Jones, who accused President Bill Clinton of sexual harassment.
