“Charles In Charge” and “Joanie Loves Chachi” actor Scott Baio has said that he and his wife, apparently big spenders at Nordstrom, would boycott the store over its decision to pull Ivanka Trump’s poorly selling brand.
“Dear @Nordstrom NEVER AGAIN!” Baio tweeted, tagging accounts for his wife, Renee Baio; Ivanka Trump; Donald Trump; Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump.

The longtime Trump supporter included a Nordstrom rewards summary stating that as of Dec. 25, Renee Baio had spent just over $30,000 at the retailer last year. (Her Nordstrom Notes benefits for 2016: $2,420.)
The Baio boycott came five days after Trump tweeted Nordstrom had treated his daughter “so unfairly” — a complaint swiftly retweeted by the official @POTUS handle. Nordstrom stock dipped briefly, but closed out the day up 4%.
Nordstrom has maintained that its decision to phase out Ivanka Trump’s fashion line was “based on performance,” not politics.
“Over the past year, and particularly in the last half of 2016, sales of the brand have steadily declined to the point where it didn’t make good business sense for us to continue with the line for now. We’ve had a great relationship with the Ivanka Trump team.”
