It is likely that by the time this story comes to publication Donald Trump will officially be the 45th President of the United States. Once a new president is ushered into power it is customary for there to be a massive gala ball to show the world the strength of American democracy. During this time the president is to have the first official dance with his wife on the world stage. While the president has the opportunity to choose any song he likes, it appears Trump has selected a classic Frank Sinatra hit and Sinatra’s daughter has weighed in on the matter.

According to the Washington Examiner Trump is going to be dancing to the Sinatra song “My Way.” Frank Sinatra’s daughter, Nancy Sinatra, chimed in on Twitter to say, “Just remember the first line of the song.” Her comment was meant to highlight how many feel that Trump’s presidency is the beginning of the end of the United States as the song says, “And now, the end is near.”

Sinatra said that she hopes Trump does a good job as president, and reminded the world that Trump is now responsible for the entire population of the United States. She said on Twitter, “Actually, I’m wishing him the best. A good president helps the entire world. I don’t believe anyone tries to be a bad president.”

That may be a generous statement from Sinatra, as Trump may not intentionally try to be a bad president — but he is certainly not qualified for the job.
