Kellyanne Conway Says Russia Investigation Should Be Kept “Top Secret” To “Protect the Public”

President-elect Donald Trump’s queen of propaganda, also known as his senior adviser Kellyanne Conway, has been offering one of the most absurd defenses the public has seen. After the news broke of her boss’s villainy regarding being complicit with the Russian government.

Conway was a guest on Fox News, of all places which proffer rhetoric rather than facts, and she spewed out an absolutely ridiculous argument that any information about Trump’s relationship with Russia should be kept secret from the American public. Why? Because the information is damning. She said:

I’m always disappointed how public and sometimes political some of these figures can seem to be. I’m very concerned, very concerned. You realize it is the Trump team, only us at this time, that is not divulging what occurred in a classified briefing. Ladies and gentlemen, it’s called a classified briefing for a reason. You had the Vice President of the United States making a comment about it the other day. You have intelligence officials confirming or denying. This classified information, it’s top secret. Why is it top secret? It’s not top secret to keep it from the public, but to protect the public.

How generous it was of Conway to want to protect the public from knowing that their president is complicit in a variety of nefarious deeds which infringes on the sovereignty of the United States. Trump and his entire team are a group of despicable wretches who will say and do anything to protect themselves while sending the American people down the river.
