Ivanka Trump purports herself to be the “humble” Trump. She vows to fight for women’s rights, and often posts photos and videos that show her as just an “average American”.
But she’s not, and the photo she tweeted last night is a perfect example of why.

While protesters gathered at airports around the country to demonstrate against Donald Trump’s Muslim ban, Ivanka shared a rather “tone deaf” photo of her and husband Jared Kushner on Twitter.
Kushner wore a tuxedo, while Ivanka defaulted to a $4,990 silver jacquard gown by Carolina Herrera – and Twitter users mercilessly mocked her for looking like a baked potato.
The couple, who were headed to the annual Alfalfa Club dinner on Saturday night, drew a sharp rebuke as critics pointed to those affected by the president’s executive order.
.@IvankaTrump On top of everything so wildly offensive about posting this (you KNEW the reaction you'd get), your dress also looks awful.

@IvankaTrump how nice to show off your privilege as your POS father rips freedom to shreds.

@IvankaTrump You've outed yourself as a troll. Nobody should afford you the "she's not her father" benefit of doubt any further. Fuck you.
