Vince Neil, the frontman for the metal band Mötley Crüe is set to perform at Donald Trump’s presidential inauguration in Washington, D.C.

Neil told Billboard Magazine that he will perform with his own band, and was asked about his availability “months ago”.

“The promoters asked if I was available, and I said yes,” Neil said. “So we sent all of the band’s passports to the Secret Service so everybody can get in, and all of the crew people, not knowing who was winning. But we were already scheduled to play.”

At President Obama’s first inauguration ball in 2009, the Obamas were serenaded by Beyoncé, who sang the Etta James classic At Last and Aretha Franklin performed “My Country ‘Tis of Thee” during President Obama’s inauguration.

I guess it’s better than Ted Nugent, right?
