Trump’s Camp Caught Covering Up Melania Trump’s Educational History

For years Melania Trump has had a website where her bio stated that she graduated from college with a degree in architecture. That was soon proven to be a lie. In fact, she attended university for less than a year.

Now, the official bio of Melania suggests that she did not complete a college degree in Slovenia, as she previously claimed.

The future first lady’s bio on Donald Trump’s government website says that she “paused her studies to advance her modeling career in Milan and Paris.” It does not say whether she resumed or completed the degree, but I am guessing she never resumed her studies.

As recently as July, Melania Trump’s personal site said she obtained a degree in design and architecture at an unspecified university in Slovenia, her country of birth.

Questions about Trump’s educational background gained a new sense of urgency after she delivered a keynote at the Republican National Convention that had been plagiarized from a speech current first lady Michelle Obama gave at the Democratic National Convention in 2008.

It did not say when or where she completed the degree but said she was working as a model at the time and “jetting between photo shoots in Paris and Milan.”

In July, after several other reports cast doubt over her resume claims, she pulled her entire website, saying in a tweet that “it does not accurately reflect my business and professional interests.”

Here is her old bio:

The problem isn’t her lack of a college degree (although what a change from Michelle Obama), the problem is that she lied.
