Trump Supporter Degrades Herself Defending Trump Tape Leak, Her Excuse For Trump Is Both Sad And Disgusting
Scottie Nell Hughes has breathlessly supported Trump through thick and thin, finding progressively more insane excuses to match crazier and more odd Trump scandals. Hughes degraded herself like never before on a recent CNN bit.
During an episode hosted by Anderson Cooper with Ana Navarro representing the side of reason the issue of Trump’s sexual assault was raised. During the Presidential Debate Sunday Cooper asked Trump if he understood that what he said amounted to sexual assault, and asked if he had ever done anything that he had talked about in the audio. Trump obviously denied it, not that we should take that denial at face value.
The question was posed by Cooper to Hughes, “Let me ask you about that. Where have we made it okay to talk like that?” Hughes blames the novel 50 Shades of Grey which contains passages about violent sex, within the context of a kinky sex relationship.
Via RealTimePolitics: Hughes said, “Unfortunately, we’ve made that to be a culture, a “50 Shades of Grey” culture in today’s society. Men can talk like that. There’s nobody on that bus, as we’ve seen today, with someone [Billy Bush] losing their job over being suspended. 80 million copies of “50 Shades of Grey” was sold. “Magic Mike” was one of the most popular movies.”
Hughes added that it makes her “crazy ” when she hears women talk to other women using foul language.
Navarro: “It makes you angry except when the person running for president of the united states says it,” Navarro began. “Let me tell you something, everything you just said is 50 shades of crazy! To compare running for president to an erotic film or erotic movie, an erotic novel, it’s crazy. If he wants to be held to that standard, great, then go write” The Art of the Groping.” But if you are running for president of the United States, you are a role model. You’re a role model for children like your daughter who you keep quoting. You’re a role model for all Americans. you’re held to a higher standard, you should not be behaving like if you are in a locker room. You should be behaving like if you are in the Oval Office.”
