Dozens of women have come forward to share their stories of how Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump allegedly sexually assaulted, or inappropriately touched, them over the course of several decades. One woman, Jessica Leeds, recently told her story to the New York Times about how Trump fondled her on an airplane over 35-years ago. Now Leeds has more to say about Trump, but her comments are directed his wife, Melania, and not the disaster of a businessman himself.
Leeds was cornered by the trash gossip rag TMZ and said she feels bad for Melania Trump, and compared her to Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton. She said, “I feel it’s terrible Melania is being viewed as sympathetic when Donald is beating up on Hillary for doing the same with Bill.” However, Leeds believes she understands Melania’s motivations:
The wives are in a difficult position if they want to save their marriage,” adding, “They’ll make compromises and accept the good with the bad.
Leeds, who is now in her 60s, came forward with her story after Trump’s disgusting audio recording from 2005 came out where he bragged about sexually assaulting women by grabbing “em by the pus*y” without fear of consequence due to his wealth and fame. Leeds further stated she was surprised the New York Times even published her story because, “it was 35 years ago and there was no way of fact checking.”
