The entire media establishment finds itself in a tizzy over the disgusting comments made by Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump in 2005, where Trump bragged about nonconsensually grabbing women “by the pus*y.” In the media’s haste it appears they’ve missed an even larger bombshell, that Trump will soon find himself in a courtroom to defend against allegations that he raped a teenager in 1994.
A Federal judge named Ronnie Abrams has set a hearing date for December 16th and Trump will be forced to appear, and Abrams has demanded both sides be present to assist her in determining if the case should take the path of a settlement or a full blown trial. It is good fortune for the Trump campaign that the hearing has been set for a month after the presidential election is to take place, which is surely something the campaign of Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton would have liked to see happen before November 9th when the nation casts its vote for who they want to next occupy The Oval Office.
The lawsuit alleges that Trump had four sexual encounters with the teen, who has been named as “Jane Doe” to protect her identity. She alleges that Trump tied her to a bed and “proceeded to forcibly rape her.” Trump has long denied the allegations against him and his lawyer Alan Garten said, “As I have said before, the allegations are categorically untrue and an obvious publicity stunt aimed at smearing my client.”
