The American people are lucky to find themselves no longer having Michele Bachmann as a Representative of the United States House of Representatives. Bachmann was forced to not seek election after 2014 due to several scandals brewing regarding her finances. After slinking away to the shadows for a couple of years Bachmann is back attempting to suck up the limelight, in a bid to make her vile brand once again relevant.
While speaking to the Christian Broadcasting Network, that pinnacle of thought and fair-mindedness, Bachmann laid out a vision for America that is as bleak as it is stupid. She said:
I don’t want to be melodramatic, but I do want to be truthful. I believe without a shadow of a doubt this is the last election. This is it. This is the last election. The reason I say that is because it’s a math problem of changing demographics in the United States. If you look at the numbers of people who vote and who lives in the country, and who Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton want to bring in to the country this is the last election we even have a chance to vote for somebody who will stand up for godly moral principles. This is it.
Hillary Clinton, I’m not judging her spiritually where she’s at, but we know where she’s going to come down on Supreme Court Justices. She’s pro-planned parenthood. She’s for everything that I’m against. I think it is very clear that we’ve got a day and night contrast. This isn’t even close what Hillary Clinton stands for and espouses and what Donald Trump stands for and espouses.
For the former congresswoman to state Hillary Clinton will be the end all of elections, in that Christians will no longer have a voice in American politics is absurd. Bachmann merely wishes to stoke the fears of her base, which is what she did her entire time in office.
