Sen. Elizabeth Warren VOWS to ‘punch back’ against Donald Trump

Political firebrand Democratic Senator Elizabeth Warren vowed to not back down from battling Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump. In the past, the two have had terse exchanges where they have traded a variety of insults. Warren has called Trump a “thin-skinned, racist bully” and a “small, insecure man” who “can’t handle losing to a girl.” In response, Trump has called the battling Massachusetts senator “goofy” and “Pocahontas” in reference to her native American heritage.

In a recenter interview with a local Boston television station, Warren echoed one of her earlier comments to the station’s political analyst, Jon Keller, that Trump is “thin-skinned.”

Trump is known to not be able to accept criticism and absolutely hates it when individuals stand up to him, which is exactly what Warren is doing with fantastic results. She said:

He thinks somehow, if he calls me names, that I’m gonna shut up. And I think he’s got plenty of evidence now that that’s just not gonna happen, because that’s the way you gotta deal with bullies. You just stand up and punch back.

Warren went on lambasting the bombastic failed businessman, “Donald Trump is out there on so many fronts stirring up as much hate as he can. It kind of fits with who Donald Trump has been from the very beginning.” Warren is known as a fighter, and she wondered out loud, “Does he really think this is gonna work?” She will have her answer in November when the American people head to the ballot boxes.
