Donald Trump donated money to the North American Man-Boy Love Association? That’s the rumor.
Is it true? Probably not, but you never know. How did this rumor start? It all revolves around Trump’s refusal to release his tax returns. There is an Internet robot called AutoModerator who has been programmed to regurgitate the talking point about Trump each and every time someone inserts a query about Trump’s taxes. The bot’s reply is, “Speaking of tax returns, did you hear Donald Trump is refusing to release them because Donald Trump has donated to NAMBLA? That’s what all the best sources, the most tremendous sources are saying.”
Does the public find this strategy to be fair game? Try another quote, “Maybe that’s right, maybe that’s wrong, but I don’t know why he doesn’t he release his records. Why doesn’t he release them?”
Actually, that’s a quote from Donald Trump in 2011 while he was hot on the cold trail of President Obama’s birth certificate, of which Trump was the lead investigator down the rabbit hole of stupidity. What is good for the goose is also good for the gander. What Trump has sown he shall also reap.
The individual behind the hilarity is only known by his screename “J. Peterman” who says he will not release his real name, lest he become a victim of a “witch hunt” that has begun against Trump.
Will this latest ruse be enough to trick the American people into not supporting Donald Trump’s candidacy? Probably not, but if a lie is repeated often enough there will a segment of the population who believe it as the gospel.
