Democratic Senator Elizabeth Warren from Massachusetts was full of outrage and indignation towards Donald Trump, the Republican presidential nominee after he goaded his supporters to use violence against Hillary Clinton if she wins the presidency in November.
Warren took to Twitter to lambaste Trump’s rhetoric he used during a campaign rally in Wilmington, NC. Trump stated Hillary Clinton wanted to “abolish” the Second Amendment. He further stated, “By the way, and if she gets to pick her judges, nothing you can do folks. Although the Second Amendment people, maybe there is. I don’t know. In response Warren tweeted:
@real DonaldTrump makes death threats because he’s a pathetic coward who can’t handle the fact that he’s losing to a girl.
Warren continued to poke fun at the faux-billionaire:
Your reckless comments sound like a two-bit dictator, @realDonaldTrump. Not a man who wants to lead the greatest democracy on the planet.
Donald Trump and Elizabeth Warren have had an ongoing Twitter feud for months. In the past, Trump has described the Massachusetts senator as “goofy” and as “Pocahontas” in reference to Warren’s claim that her ancestry partly includes Native American heritage — something which has been hotly debated. Conversely Warren says Donald Trump is a “bully” and a “little man” who is only in the political arena for his own self-interests. In something out of character for Trump, he has yet to respond to Warren’s comments, but if his past behavior is an indication of the future, the bad blood between these two politicos will continue to be aired in public.
