Patricia Smith and Charles Woods, two parents of Americans that were killed in Benghazi, have filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Hillary Clinton. The children in question Sean Smith, an information manager, and Tyrone Woods, a security officer are having their deaths disgraced by their families.
The suit, which has no standing to win, claims Clinton’s use of a private e-mail server was a contributing factor to their children’s deaths. If any person reading this believes that they should step right up and purchase from me a handful of magic beans. In the lawsuit further alleges, “The Benghazi attack was directly and proximately caused, at a minimum by defendant Clinton’s ‘extreme carelessness’ in handling confidential and classified information.”
No connection has ever been established by any query or investigation by the government or military, yet the lawsuit alleges it is “highly probable” for Clinton to have sent and received information via her email server which “easily found its way to foreign powers.” Again, there is no evidence to substantiate this claim, nor is there a shred of logic to follow that information was “obtained by Islamic terrorists.”
A spokesman for Clinton’s campaign, Nick Merrill responded to the allegations:
While no one can imagine the pain of the families of the brave Americans we lost at Benghazi, there have been nine different investigations into this attack and none found any evidence whatsoever of any wrongdoing on the part of Hillary Clinton.
Smith stated during a speech at the Republican National Convention, “I blame Hillary Clinton personally for the death of my son.” While Smith is free to grieve in any manner which she chooses, her lawsuit against Clinton may bring massive financial detriment to her personally if she loses and Clinton seeks to recoup her legal costs — and Smith will certainly be losing.
