Previously wrote details on Jill Harth, who is the 3rd woman to have come forward to say Trump sexually assaulted her. An article posted on Raw Story contains details of the complaint filed against Trump including depositions from decades ago. The ongoing sexual harassment culminated in an incident in which Trump allegedly attempted to force a women into sex in his daughter Ivanka’s bedroom.

Here is what Trump said to Harth’s then boyfriend now husband:

Via RawStory:Donald Trump stared at me throughout that meeting. He stared at me even while George was giving his presentation…In the middle of it he says to George, “Are you sleeping with her?” Meaning me. And George looked a little shocked and he said, “Well, yeah.” And he goes, “Well, for the weekend or what?”

Continued Via Raw Story: The 1997 complaint, which explicitly refers to the attack as “attempted ‘rape’” and says it “included touching of [Harth’s] private parts,” states that after the assault, Trump implied that Harth should “keep her mouth shut.” (According the papers, “as [Harth] attempted to leave the premises, defendant Trump again became sexually abusive by intimately touching plaintiff’s person” and says she “immediately became nauseated and vomited profusely.”) The suit goes on to detail follow-up calls by Trump with requests for sex, as well as in-person unwanted touching at subsequent business-related events. Harth alleges Trump continued to pressure her to leave Houraney, even as he was divorcing first-wife Ivana and dating would-be second wife Marla Maples.

Woman Who Sued Trump Speaks Out

Jill Harth sued Donald Trump for attempted rape in 1997. Since then he has called her a liar, Donald and Ivanka have called for her to recant her statements, and as a result she is breaking her silence. “Don’t call me a liar” Jill says.

According to her complaint in a lawsuit filed 20 years ago, after inappropriately flirting with her and touching her over a number of business meetings, during which he encouraged her to leave her husband, it culminated in an incident where he attempted to grope her and force himself upon her in Ivanka’s bedroom on the Mar A Lago resort property.

Trump has called her a liar and that her claims are “meritless”, Ivanka has responded by saying her father is “not a groper”. Harth sat down for The Guardian for an extensive interview. Passages from that video and the related article follow.

Via The Guardian:
The couple wanted to recruit Trump to back their American Dream festival, in which Harth oversaw a pin-up competition known as American Dream Calendar Girls. Harth described that meeting as “the highlight of our career”

According to the complaint: Things between Trump and Herth escalated, from inappropriate flirting, to under the table touching, and then some.

There was the initial leering in that first December meeting in Trump Tower, and the inappropriate questions after her relationship status. It continued the next night over dinner at the Plaza Hotel’s Oak Room, where at a dinner with beauty pageant contestants she alleges he groped her under the table.

What happened at Trump’s vacation home was the height of what the relationship allegedly devolved into.

“He pushed me up against the wall, and had his hands all over me and tried to get up my dress again,” Harth recalled, “and I had to physically say: ‘What are you doing? Stop it.’ It was a shocking thing to have him do this because he knew I was with George, he knew they were in the next room. And how could he be doing this when I’m there for business?”

It’s a really bad story for Trump.

“Trump did everything in his power to get me to leave him. He constantly called me and said: ‘I love you, baby, I’m going to be the best lover you ever had. What are you doing with that loser, you need to be with me, you need to step it up to the big leagues.’

And it gets worse.

“He was constantly working on me during that time and that took a toll on me. But I moved on. I’m a forgiving type person, OK? I’m a Christian, I moved on.”

And worse.

‘They tried to get me to say it never happened’

And worse still.

“His office – and I have it on my voicemails that he called, that they called – they asked me to recant everything when the New York Times article came out. They were trying to get me to say it never happened and I made it up. And I said I’m not doing that,”
